Supervision & Safety
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Children under 10 years must be directly supervised by an adult while using the play areas.
All play equipment must be used safely and only as directed.
Clothing & Hygiene
Appropriate clothing and non-slip socks must be worn at all times in play areas.
No food or drink is permitted inside the play zones.
Outside food or drink is not allowed, except for baby formula.
Prohibited Items & Behaviour
No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are permitted on the premises.
No pets are allowed.
Bags and personal belongings may be inspected prior to admission.
Visitors may be refused entry or asked to leave if behaving inappropriately or failing to follow staff instructions.
Property & Equipment
All toys, equipment, and facilities remain the property of Diggerland.
Any damage to equipment or facilities must be reported to staff immediately.
Visitors are responsible for their wristbands and ride tokens. A replacement fee applies if lost or misplaced.
Diggerland is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Admission & Ticketing
Admission is only valid for the allocated session time indicated on your wristband.
Session times begin promptly; late entry will be allowed only if capacity permits.
Entry for children aged 0–6 months is free only when attending with a sibling aged 6 months or older.
Proof of age or identity may be requested.
All bookings, tickets, purchases, and products (including parties and events) are non- refundable.
Public and School holidays are charged at weekend rates.
Management reserves the right of admission at all times to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
CCTV & Media
CCTV operates throughout the premises for the safety of guests and staff.
By entering Diggerland, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such material may be used for marketing purposes at Diggerland’s discretion.
Visitors may take personal photos and videos; however, commercial use is prohibited without written permission from Diggerland. Breaches may result in recovery of fees.
Payments & Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Transaction fees may apply to ticket purchases.
Group bookings (school visits, holiday programs, etc.) are subject to availability and may include additional conditions.
Birthday Parties
Party enquiries can be made online or by phone.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. If cancelled, deposits will be held as credit for future ticket or food purchases.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Children under 6 months attending a party are admitted free of charge.
Guest lists must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the party. Late changes cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are encouraged to arrive on time; no refunds or vouchers will be issued for absent attendees.
Diggerland reserves the right of final interpretation for all party bookings.
Voluntary Assumption of Risk
Entry to Diggerland is at your own risk.
Attendance may involve risks, including potential injury or property damage.
By entering, you accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury (including economic or consequential loss), whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
This includes risks associated with the actions of other visitors, guests, and Diggerland staff or representatives.
